The curious paradox is that when I
accept myself just as I am, then I can
change.
- Carl Rogers
Humanistic & Integrative
Psychotherapy
In the humanistic approach, the relationship between the client and the therapist is based on authenticity, empathy, and unconditional acceptance.

An atmosphere of safety and understanding supports deep self-work.
It is a human-centred therapy and recognizes that every person has the potential for growth and change.

Integrative psychotherapy combines several therapeutic techniques, which the therapist adapts to work with the client depending on the client's needs.

You’ve done the work before—
but something still feels missing.
You’ve tried talking about the problem.
You understand the “why.”
But insight alone hasn’t created the change you’re longing for.
You move through life quickly—balancing work, responsibilities, and the expectations of others.

On the outside, you appear calm and collected. Inside, you feel overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected from yourself.

You’re aware of the patterns you’ve carried—family expectations, cultural narratives, people-pleasing, perfectionism. They once helped you cope, but now they leave you exhausted, resentful, or feeling unseen.

You want space to slow down. To soften. To finally listen inward.
Humanistic and Integrative Therapy invites you to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion—not just from your mind, but through your body, emotions, and lived experiences. Instead of striving to “fix” yourself, you’re guided toward reconnecting with your wholeness, your needs, and your voice.

You’re not too much.
You’re not behind.
You’re human—and you deserve a space where your sensitivity is a strength.

Let’s slow down together so you can move forward with clarity, groundedness, and ease

You deserve a space where every part of you is welcomed, understood, and honored.

I'm here to help
My name is Ewelina, I help my clients name and understand their emotions, as well as recognize inadequate thinking patterns and limiting beliefs.
I suggest working together to find new, more effective ways of coping with problems.

It is important to note that I do not provide ready-made advice, but I support the client in finding their own solutions and also help them view difficulties from a different perspective.
I work with each client in an individual way, and I use different techniques based on client’s needs and capabilities.
If you feel ready, I invite you to my therapy room, a safe and gentle space in an atmosphere of trust and acceptance.

I offer psychotherapy sessions in both English and Polish.
I believe that by increasing a self awareness and self acceptance people can find their potential to empower themselves.
I believe that being authentic is the key to a fulfilling life.
